What is the Four Week Kick Starter Wellness Program?
This is a great way to give your health and wellness a much needed kick start! Over the course of 4 weeks together we will:
Meet tor 3 one-on-one phone or skype coaching sessions, comprising an initial 90 minute coaching session plus 2 follow-up 60 minute coaching sessions to ensure you get everything you need to get you on your way
Create a clear vision for your desired health and wellness outcomes going forward
Design a personalised program that is tailored to your individual needs and lifestyle that will enable you to reach your desired outcomes over the next 3-12 months
Identify any potential blocks and provide you with the tools to move beyond them
Fire up your motivation to clear away any potential inertia and free you up to take positive action from Day 1 to create the health and wellness you desire!

The complete program is an investment of $495 (AUD), and payment options are available for both local and international clients.
